Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and providing support for various systems, as well as designing and developing new applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain existing systems, ensuring they meet the required standards and functionality.
  • Design and develop new applications, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, addressing any system-related issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with software architecture design and system integration.
  • Good project management and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft Technology (e.g. PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer).
