Job Summary

We are seeking a Collections Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in collections, sales, or finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect payments, building and maintaining good customer relationships, and ensuring accurate payments are made by customers. They will also be required to submit collections to Accounts Receivable daily.

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary.
  • BASIC FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED.
  • The ability to handle confidential information discreetly is essential.
  • A minimum secondary school education (O-Level or N-Level) is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or finance is advantageous.
