At SOURCEO PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Farm Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production and operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our farm operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee and monitor the performance of farm operations, including areas such as farm production, nursery operations, seeding, transplanting, harvesting, packing, consumables, inventory, supply chain, deliveries, storage, logistics, and maintenance operations.
- Define and set performance objectives and targets for farm operations, including revenues, profit and loss, operational efficiency, yield, wastage, and service standards.
- Lead and guide a team of production and operations managers to ensure the organization achieves its business objectives and complies with relevant regulations and laws.
- Ensure the development of Operational Excellence within the production and operations team, including the adoption of methods to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of high-quality production and operational data to improve operations.
- Develop strategies to ensure quality control of vegetables and services to meet the highest standards.
- Degree or Diploma in Science, Business, Agriculture, or Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing farm operations.
- In-depth knowledge of operational management processes, methods, and tools.
- Familiarity with databases and systems to optimize operational processes.
- Familiarity with safety aspects and requirements of operations.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of business profitability.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to establish and develop teams and individuals.
- Good communication skills to communicate with workers of various skill levels.
