  • Report lost and found items, as well as maintenance issues promptly.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and guests.
