The Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Change linens and make beds with precision and care, ensuring a clean and comfortable sleeping area for our guests.
  • Replenish guest amenities and supplies as needed, guaranteeing a seamless stay experience.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to keep all areas spotless and well-maintained.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to your supervisor promptly, ensuring the hotel remains safe and secure for all guests and staff.
  • Respond to guest requests efficiently and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage, but not necessary; we are willing to train the right individual.
  • A strong attention to detail and passion for cleanliness, coupled with physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods.
