Job Overview:

  • Drive strategic growth of data centre investments in APAC, focusing on land acquisitions and development site transactions.
  • Lead end-to-end investment activities, expanding the data centre platform, enhancing asset under management (AUM), product development, and fee revenue generation.
  • Maintain high-quality underwriting standards for new and existing investments, ensuring robust financial modelling and sound commercial assumptions.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations, detailed underwriting, and analysis to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Represent the organisation in key investment matters with stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead a small team, assuming leadership responsibilities and promoting professional development.
  • Stay abreast of evolving trends in real estate and data centre markets across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive due diligence for data centre investments in the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement a long-term digital infrastructure strategy to drive business growth.
  • Promote collaboration among investors, lenders, and joint venture partners to achieve shared objectives.
  • Maintain market intelligence on real estate and data centre sectors to inform investment decisions.
  • Enhance relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management.
