As a seasoned integration and automation professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day operational support for assigned systems, collaborating with business users to gather requirements, and delivering fit-for-purpose applications and enhancements.

Your key areas of focus will be:

  • Designing and implementing integrated solutions across multiple platforms, including workflow automation and knowledge management.
  • Monitoring and maintaining integration processes, API endpoints, and middleware performance to ensure availability and data flow integrity.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents, patch, upgrade, and ensure security compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for platform configuration, processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Engaging in planning and delivery of platform upgrades, migrations, or new deployments.

Successful candidates will possess strong hands-on experience with Boomi platform, as well as proficiency in workflow engines (Nintex, Power Automate) and knowledge systems (SharePoint). Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production systems, along with good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation (JSON, XML), and event-based integrations is also highly valued.
