Job Title: IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance and development of our IT infrastructure and cloud services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment. Additionally, they will provide technical support to clients via email, phone or in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Deploy, manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
  • Cloud Support: Provide technical support to clients via email, phone or in-person.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform bug fixes for web applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services and technical support.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems, knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation, understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
