Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage volunteers and lead our Senior Volunteerism and Volunteer Leadership Programs. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and retaining volunteers to enhance program success.

  • Develop and implement strategies to align volunteer efforts with organizational goals.
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and support of Senior Volunteerism and Volunteer Leadership Programs.
  • Organize recognition initiatives and outreach campaigns to promote volunteerism within the community.
  • Support fundraising and donor engagement efforts to sustain program operations.
  • Foster partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize impact.
  • Evaluate and refine volunteer strategies based on feedback from stakeholders and program beneficiaries.
  • Build collaborations with grassroots organizations, schools, and corporates to expand volunteer opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate stakeholder databases and track volunteer metrics to inform program improvements.
  • Coordinate meetings and reporting to facilitate seamless program execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in caring for geriatric patients or individuals with similar needs.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational skills.
