Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Healthcare Professional to lead the development, implementation, and support of clinical programs that promote health, wellness, and integrated care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to work closely with healthcare professionals and patients, contributing to meaningful initiatives that drive better outcomes across the community.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and manage clinical programs in line with healthcare goals.
  2. Work with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and administrators to deliver patient-centered care.
  3. Provide vital administrative support such as preparing reports, presentations, workflows, and organizing program logistics.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
  5. Support the organization of workshops, events, and patient support groups.
  6. Track program trends and perform basic data analysis.
  7. Help submit required data to national registries.
  8. Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling data, reports, and budgets.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or program administration is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in program coordination or a related field.
