Interior Designer Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that meet client needs.

  • Design presentation, project management, contract administration, and project correspondences will be handled by the successful candidate.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the Associate/Architect, senior project executive, and 3D Department to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CAD or manual drafting of sketches and detailed construction drawings.
  • Liaising with vendors/suppliers' representatives for ID materials, finishes, FF&E specifications.
  • Evaluate and comment on the contractor's construction programme and resource planning.

Senior Position Responsibilities:

  • Plan deliverables and resource allocation for each stage of the project.
  • Maintain and improve ID system standardization.
