The Opportunity:We are seeking qualified individuals to fill various Basic Care Assistant roles, providing top-notch patient care in a dynamic environment.
- Attend to hygiene needs of bedridden patients
- Assist with oral feeding for patients who require assistance
- Help lift, move, and transport patients as needed
- Ensure patient safety and provide emotional support through engaging activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant environment for patients
- Comply with infection control practices when interacting with patients
- Perform other duties assigned by nurse managers
No prior experience in patient care is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- PSLE or WPLN qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success
