Job Title: Technical DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our engineering team and drive growth and innovation.This role involves overseeing feature delivery across web and mobile platforms, guiding technical strategy, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.As a Technical Director, you will play a strategic, technical, and collaborative role, empowering your team to deliver impactful products that drive business success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
  • Own the execution of complex projects from ideation to deployment, managing timelines, quality, risks, and communication effectively.
  • Provide strategic direction to ensure architectural decisions support scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Act as the technical point of contact, aligning engineering goals with product, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Champion robust coding standards, rigorous testing, CI/CD processes, and maintain excellent observability practices.
  • Continuously enhance development practices, adopt innovative technologies, and increase team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced SaaS or tech companies.
  • Full Stack Proficiency: Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI or Django) and React.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, scaling, and maintaining high-growth, customer-facing products.
  • Cross-Functional Effectiveness: Record of delivering complex projects in collaboration with various teams.
  • Architectural Competence: Understanding of scalable architectures, APIs, cloud deployments, containerization, and DevOps practices.
  • Decisive Leadership: Experience in making tough decisions around architecture, technical debt, and resource management.
  • Commitment to Quality: Passion for engineering excellence, emphasizing rigorous testing, automated pipelines, observability, and code reviews.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, CRM, or sales-tech.
  • Familiarity with AI integrations or GenAI product environments.
  • Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
