Production Engineering Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineering Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in production support, equipment qualification, and quality control.
They will be responsible for overseeing technical support, conducting equipment/process qualifications as needed, performing daily checks on machine performance and product/WIP quality, troubleshooting machine issues and implementing remedies, reporting and documenting major product failures, ensuring timely preventive maintenance, and monitoring calibration and servicing schedules.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to the production team.
- Conduct equipment and process qualifications as required.
- Monitor machine performance and product/WIP quality.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and implement effective solutions.
- Document major product failures and report them to management.
- Ensure that all preventive maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field preferred.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts (day and night).
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment (wearing cleanroom uniform).
