Job Title: Product Engineering Specialist

Are you a seasoned engineering professional looking to drive innovation and excellence in product development?

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of high-performing teams, driving media health manufacturing and activities for cutting-edge products.

Your primary focus will be on leading a portfolio of next-generation products focused on key performance indicators such as quality, cost, cycle time, and scale. This will involve developing and validating test flows, improving device/stacked yield through circuit debug, test coverage optimization, and strategy innovation. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic and tactical objectives.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies, CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics. Experience with data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP is a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize test coverage for current and future design architectures and process nodes
  • Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-generation HBM products
  • Support design verification and in-depth circuit debug using CAD tools and Verilog simulations
  • Improve manufacturing test yields and reduce test time
  • Drive root cause and resolution of manufacturing test flow issues, qualify, and RMA device issues
  • Promote innovation and technical advantage over competition
  • Mentor and develop others
  • Project management and decision-making

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Coursework or internship experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation
  • Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies
  • Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics
  • Experience with data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in team-based projects
