Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and supervising site leaders to ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Planning the daily deployment schedule to meet the contractual headcount requirement.
  3. Ensuring security personnel follow SOPs at the site and meet client contractual requirements.

You will also be required to assist in overseeing security matters at the sites, enforce and implement security measures, and support the conducting of security briefings for new employees and workers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Effective time management to deliver projects on time and meet expectations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
