Job Title: Hospitality Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily work assignments and staff rosters to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Ensure all public areas and guest rooms meet our expectations for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to our housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and stocks to ensure optimal levels and efficient usage.
  • Implement measures to minimize errors and waste, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
