French Language Educator

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated French Language educator to join our team. As a full-time French Language teacher, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for the language and culture with students of various age groups.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong educational background in French Language, and relevant teaching experience. A degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Additionally, experience in teaching at secondary levels and familiarity with current best practices in education would be an asset.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies. You will also have opportunities to contribute to curriculum development and participate in professional growth activities.

  • A university degree in French Language
  • A Certificate in the Teaching of French as a Foreign Language (e.g., Bachelor/Masters in Education, Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Education)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience teaching French as a Foreign Language
  • Experience teaching at secondary level(s) in public schools will be an advantage
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current best practices, current teaching materials, and current instructional strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and an excellent team player who works well with students, colleagues, and parents
  • A working knowledge of English (CEFR B2 level) is necessary
