At ABSOLUTE KINETICS CONSULTANCY PTE LTD, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Safety Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on food safety standards, practices, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and expertise in food safety management systems, including HACCP principles, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. You will work closely with our Training & Development team to design and implement engaging training sessions that meet the needs of our clients.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends. About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering training programs on food safety standards, practices, and compliance;
  • Working closely with our Training & Development team to design and implement training sessions;
  • Ensuring training aligns with food safety standards mandated by SFA (Singapore Food Agency) and other relevant authorities;
  • Administering and evaluating assessments to measure trainee understanding and performance by regulatory standards;
  • Continuously improving training programs based on participant feedback, industry trends, and emerging regulatory changes;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to process and implement corrective actions to learner feedback;

In addition to your passion for food safety, you will also need to possess:

Requirements
  • NITEC Certificate equivalent or higher, in food science-related courses with food safety modules;
  • Attained WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 and WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3 certifications;
  • At least two years F&B experience in supervisory, training, or consultancy area;
  • Work experience in food retail and/or food manufacturing;
  • ACTA/ACLP Certified;
  • Multilingual capabilities to cater to diverse trainees (e.g., English and Chinese);
