**Job Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service to customers.
  • Recommend specialty dishes to enhance the dining experience, showcasing our menu offerings.
  • Greet and seat customers promptly upon arrival, creating a warm welcome atmosphere.
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of chinaware, glassware, and table linens, upholding our brand's reputation.
  • Ensure good condition of table settings, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Clear tables and reset them with clean linens after each guest leaves, maintaining a spotless environment.
  • Perform cashier duties when required, handling transactions with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Assist in hostess duties, including managing reservations and guest flow, ensuring seamless service.
  • Answer incoming phone calls during designated hours, providing excellent communication skills.
  • Perform tasks delegated by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
