Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of service standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by addressing needs promptly and professionally handling complaints.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports on restaurant performance, providing valuable insights for operational improvements.
  • Maintain high levels of service quality and ensure consistent adherence to established operating procedures.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks, including order handling and event transitions, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including opening and closing procedures, with precision and accuracy.
  • Assist in banquet setup and maintain function room cleanliness to provide an exceptional dining experience.
  • Develop and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Hospitality/ Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in hotel/ F&B industry is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome, with comprehensive training provided to support their growth.
