Job Title:
Project Architect Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate architectural work including shop drawings for the project, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with architectural specifications.

Job Description:
As a Project Architect Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of all architectural implementations at site, ensuring smooth transitions of works. You will also prepare construction method statements and technical proposals, liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors, and conduct routine inspections of installed works.

Responsibilities Include:
* Reviewing and updating architectural work, including shop drawings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
* Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and M&E engineers to resolve construction problems and issues.
* Assisting the Project Manager in developing project requirements, specifications, and tender clarifications.
* Attending construction site coordination works and meetings.

Requirements:
  • * Degree in Architecture.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Construction.
  • Good sense of structural and architectural design.
  • Good track records & working experience with MNC / A1 / A2 main contractors preferred.
  • Experience in handling HDB BTO project is referred.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
