Job Title: Network Analyst

At our organization, we seek a skilled Network Analyst to provide top-notch UNIX / LINUX systems support ensuring high availability of IT systems.

  • Deliver system administration, support and maintenance of IT systems for maximum uptime.
  • Monitor the performance and availability of system components in production and test environments.
  • Configure new physical servers, install and configure Unix OS and related services.
  • Plan, manage and install patches for OS, security and other software according to patch management process.
  • Collaborate with Development, Testing, Application Maintenance, Incident and Problem Management teams to implement new changes in production, install new releases of existing applications and troubleshoot issues across all Production & Non-Production environments.
  • Investigate system performance issues and carry out performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in installing, configuring, tuning, upgrading, managing and administering Unix / Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in Installation, configuration and administration of Web Servers including Apache web server, Tomcat and Nginx.
  • Experience in implementation and administration of Software based load balancer including Red Hat HA-Proxy.
  • Strong skills in scripting and programming using either Shell, Perl or Python.
