Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team in a childcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing healthy meals for children and staff, ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, and adhering to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meal Preparation: Prepare all meals for the children and staff in accordance with approved menus and health promotion board requirements for healthy eating.
  2. Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times, meeting ECDA's hygiene requirements for food preparation and kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  1. Basic Food Hygiene Certification; and
  2. Nitec in Asian Culinary Arts qualification.
