We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Trader to join our team. As a quantitative trader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing trading strategies using advanced mathematical models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain real-time market-making systems and execution strategies in live environments.
  • Perform in-depth analysis on DeFi protocols and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and news impacting DeFi assets.
  • Design and develop core mathematical models, assess risk profiles, and build proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Evaluate strategy performance continuously, focusing on both return optimization and risk control.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in proprietary, DeFi, or crypto trading.
  • Proficient in Solidity, Rust, or blockchain infrastructure development.
  • Hands-on experience with market-making operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, and VBA.
