Job Summary:

The Consumer Banking Loan Product Manager will oversee the development and implementation of loan products in consumer banking. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research on retail loans interest rates to provide data-driven pricing advice that aligns with the bank's assets and liabilities strategy.

  • Developing, planning, and promoting all retail loan products to meet business objectives.

  • Designing and implementing operating processes for loan business, including standard operating documents and regular customer data analysis.

  • Monitoring potential risks, developing prevention measures, and providing recommendations based on internal and external audit requirements.

  • Managing and maintaining the Consumer Credit Approve System (CCAS) and submitting system requirements for optimization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university and at least one year of relevant working experience in loans business, product development, or business analysis.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in both English and Chinese.

The successful candidate will be able to enrich and manage data, translate insights into action, and own results.
