Electrical Engineering Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to provide technical expertise to our global operations. This role will involve providing electrical engineering services, covering power supply failure analysis and product evaluation for mass produced power supplies.

  • The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for SMPS power supplies across the Asia business.
  • They will engage with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality teams to drive strategic collaboration and align with global objectives.
  • The engineer will troubleshoot SMPS power supplies to identify root causes and provide recommendations for improvement or design changes.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge of power electronic converter topologies AC/DC and magnetics design. At least 5 years' experience in design and engineering projects is required.

You should also be proficient in tolerance or worst case circuit analysis, have proven experience with power supply fault analysis and repair, and understanding of manufacturing process, test, quality and change management process.
