Financial Transaction Specialist

Job Description

The Financial Transaction Specialist will be responsible for processing, validating, and recording invoices received from clients and vendors. This involves booking of invoices via 3-way match and investigation of differences. The ideal candidate will also ensure sales and purchase order prices are aligned with the invoices and perform clients' statement of account reconciliation.

In addition, the Financial Transaction Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to resolve discrepancies and address client issues. This includes preparing and issuing billings on a timely and accurate basis, accounting/coding of the billings, and preparation of associated monthly reconciliations.

The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in accounts and possess strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
