HVAC Project Planning Lead

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the planning and specification teams, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain deep relationships with M&E Consultants, Green Mark Consultants, ESD Consultants, and Developer accounts to drive business growth and expansion.
3. Project Delivery: Oversee the development and implementation of HVAC project plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with local and international standards.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and project management teams to align project specifications with client requirements and company capabilities.
5. Innovation and Efficiency: Drive innovation and efficiency within the team by encouraging the use of new technologies and methodologies in HVAC system design and planning.
6. Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the HVAC sector.
7. Team Performance and Client Satisfaction: Develop and execute strategies to enhance team performance, client satisfaction, and project success rates.
8. Representation and Stakeholder Management: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing the company's reputation and market position in Singapore.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required for this role. You should also have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership position within the HVAC or Construction industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, strong project management and organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and international standards, as well as the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
