Senior AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of AI assurance solutions for defence, military, and law enforcement sectors. As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers, federal agencies, and partners to understand their needs and translate them into project plans.

You will shape the development of our solutions by leading from the top and engaging with multiple internal and external teams to prioritise deliverables and apply product safety and security requirements successfully.

Mitigate and control project and financial risks in a timely manner. Determine headcount and skill matrix for specific and general program execution tasks and support recruitment activities.

Create and apply business development and relationship strategy for defence, military, and law enforcement sectors.

Requirements
  • Proven track record as a solutions architect in defence, military, law enforcement sector or related professional service industries or a relevant postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of working experience.
  • Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams within organisational wide digital transformations programs.
  • Proven ability in management of complex and large scale defence and security programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in responsible and robust application of AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing AI development and deployment in defence.
