Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting salespersons on various projects, including industrial printing, publishing, premium gifts, events, and exhibitions.

  • Support sales teams by creating job sheets, arranging colour proofs and mock-ups, and ensuring timely follow-up to customer requests.
  • Communicate with customers regarding finished artwork and production schedules.
  • Monitor work-in-progress, coordinate internally with the planning department for press and finishing material requirements, and liaise with logistics teams for distribution of finished goods.
  • Ensure assigned projects are executed and delivered according to customer specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of finished goods and services, collecting feedback when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing satisfaction and providing consistent quality service.
  • Manage paperwork, including sample filing and purging old jobs.
  • This role is based in the office but may require occasional meetings with clients at their offices to discuss project requirements.
  • Possible career progression into a sales role.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Entry-level Diploma or Degree holders are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the incumbent needs to interact with Chinese-speaking personnel from China.
  • An independent individual with minimal supervision requirements, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Willingness to work in the designated area.
