Job Description

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our stores.

You will stay informed on the latest trends in fashion and sports, guiding customers to styles that suit their needs. Your friendly and honest approach will make shopping a positive experience for our customers.

You will also take responsibility for daily store tasks to ensure smooth operations and present yourself professionally at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG. A Secondary Certificate or qualification in Retail Management is advantageous.

Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
