About this role

Gartner is seeking a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing recruiting team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and assessing top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include running initiatives, planning events, cultivating candidates, and honing your behavioral-based assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined sales profiles across the Large Enterprise Sales organization.
  • Partner with Sales VP's and Managers to identify future needs and proactively build talent pools.
  • Coach and upskill candidates, supporting them through the Gartner interview process, culminating in a panel interview.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with the global recruiting team to drive best practices and deliver region-specific initiatives and events.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
  • A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within Gartner.
  • Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results.
