Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Marketing Specialist in our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing campaigns and be proficient in social media.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote credit and debit cards, including planning and executing campaigns from launch to fulfillment.
  • Manage communication with customers across various portfolios in a professional manner, responding to their queries and concerns.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to secure clearance and data required to achieve marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies to develop campaign collateral, such as EDMs, push notifications, and social media assets.
  • Assist in managing stationery inventory and tracking accruals of expenses and invoices for various portfolios.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum degree holder in finance, marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Understanding of the Singapore credit card market is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to map out processes in a structured manner and multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage internal stakeholders effectively.

Working Hours:

  • 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
