PHOON HUAT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop internal e-learning materials, ensuring they are engaging, interactive, and aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
- Training Platform Management: Work closely with our IT department to upload training materials onto our e-training platforms, ensuring seamless access and navigation for our employees.
- Training Calendar Management: Maintain and publish our Training Calendar, ensuring all training programs are executed as scheduled and employees are aware of upcoming training opportunities.
- Talent Management: Maintain an inventory of our high-potential employees, identifying areas for development and creating personalized training plans to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Internship Program Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to coordinate internship programs, ensuring a comprehensive Internship Agenda is set up and executed.
- Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting a culture of continuous learning.
