Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy, be fully registered with APHC, and possess a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pre-admission assessments for elderly clients to determine their therapeutic needs. This will involve developing and updating individual care plans through periodic reviews and tailored interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs.
  • Develop and implement holistic care plans that cater to individual requirements.
  • Design and facilitate group therapy programs and engaging activities for clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Implement specialized occupational therapy programs for conditions including Dementia, Psychiatric Disorders, Musculoskeletal, and Neurological impairments.
  • Apply expertise in dementia care, including behavioral management strategies.
  • Build supportive relationships with families and caregivers to enhance client well-being.
