About the Role

FREIGHT MARK LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Airfreight Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our airfreight operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the airfreight operations team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support sales efforts to develop new local businesses and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote GSAs and co-loading business with freight agents, ocean forwarders, and network agents.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all RFI/RFQs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Develop new products and trade lanes assigned, and maintain good relations with all customers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Follow up on assigned customers' outstanding collections and ensure profitability for secured businesses through regular review with management.
  • Represent and promote Freight Mark's branding in the assigned market, and perform other official duties assigned by senior management.
  • Support commercial agency development and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
  • Strong sales and customer experience skills.
