Job Title: Financial Operations Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial operations functions, including invoice and payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and preparation of aging reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and ability to manage large transaction volumes efficiently. Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of financial operations functions, including invoice and payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and preparation of aging reports.
  • Perform variance analysis and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in internal and external audits and provide documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of working experience, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping environments.
  • Strong communicator and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
