Our team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a full range of conveyancing matters, including Purchase & sale of property, Commercial and residential conveyancing and Refinancing transactions.

Job Description:
  • Handle a full range of conveyancing matters
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with clients, banks, and other related parties
  • Conduct legal and title searches, manage deadlines, issue invoices, and ensure proper documentation
  • Take full ownership of files to ensure the smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
  • Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers and team members where necessary

Key requirements include strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor, and ability to work well under tight timelines and pressure.
