Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Clinic Associate. As the heart of our patient experience, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Clinic Associate will play a vital role in managing patient flow, handling multiple tasks with ease, and providing a warm and professional approach to every patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Managing patient flow and handling multiple tasks with ease
  • Checking in and out patients using cloud-based software
  • Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care
  • Assisting doctors in daily clinic operations
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, be energetic and enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have:

  • Fluent English language skills; Mandarin is an asset
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in cloud-based software
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field to be considered for a senior position
