We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to advance clinical research and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data analysis and programming, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and integrating molecular profiling data from various cancer cohorts.
  • Designing and implementing data analysis pipelines for robust quality control and comprehensive scientific reporting.
  • Cultivating and harmonizing multi-omics datasets from diverse sources.
  • Maintaining awareness of emerging analytical platforms and technologies.
  • Developing and managing databases for clinical and molecular profiling data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong R/Python programming skills and knowledge of Unix-based systems.
  • Experience in database management and handling large-scale datasets.
  • Background in biomedical data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proven track record of delivering data analytics solutions.
