Production Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Equipment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our manufacturing systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling complex machinery. They will be able to troubleshoot and repair equipment, as well as develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 QEMS implementation, Total Productive Maintenance, MTBF, and MTTR is highly desirable.
Requirements- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Dicing, Die Attach, Wire Bonding, or Molding, Testing machines.
- Experience in IC assembly will be an advantage.
- Good problem-solving, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and responsible to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 QEMS implementation.
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance, MTBF, and MTTR.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
