In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, overseeing end-to-end freight processes, and preparing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Customer Focus: Provide timely updates and resolve shipment-related matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Freight Operations Coordination: Oversee booking, documentation, and delivery arrangements to ensure seamless logistics management.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.
  • Problem Solving & Improvement: Identify gaps, resolve process issues, and recommend solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Commercial Support: Support the sales team with quotations, freight rate inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
