Job Title

Are you a visionary leader with a knack for building strong brand identities? We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Brand Development Manager to drive our marketing strategies.

This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and analytical thinking. As a key member of our team, you will craft compelling campaigns that engage and inspire, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing tools, strategic planning, and data-driven insights.

  • Develop a Clear Brand Strategy: Create a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with our target markets, differentiates us from competitors, and fuels business growth.
  • Plan and Oversee Campaigns: Plan and execute 360° campaigns across digital, social, PR, SEO/SEM, events, and content channels to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Oversight of High-Quality Content: Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content – from blog posts and videos to social media assets – that builds trust and thought leadership.
  • Digital Campaign Execution: Work with internal teams to run digital campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
  • Partnerships and PR: Foster collaborations with industry organisations and influencers; manage PR agencies and secure impactful media coverage.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Define and track brand KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and use insights to refine strategies and report ROI to leadership.
  • Cultural Relevance: Ensure global brand campaigns are adapted to APAC markets with cultural relevance and resonance.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in brand and marketing, ideally in fintech/tech/financial services.
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with strong storytelling skills.
  • Proactive, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
