Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Strategist who can design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans, leveraging digital channels, social media, email, and print platforms to achieve business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, conversion, and sales performance analysis.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of website development, search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, and content creation to enhance online visibility and user experience.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities for various brands.
  • You will create compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials, tailored to attract potential clients and strengthen brand presence.
  • A high level of proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential for creating visually engaging marketing materials.
  • You will ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and marketing collateral, maintaining a unified message and tone.
  • This role involves developing impactful case studies, project showcases, and other materials that highlight the firm's work and demonstrate value to convert leads into sales.
  • The ideal candidate will track, analyze, and report on marketing performance data and sales metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • You will partner with the sales team to create and implement lead-generation initiatives and sales strategies that drive business growth for all brands.
  • This role requires strong communication, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing sales and marketing strategies across multiple brands.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
  • Knowledge and experience in website development using software like WordPress.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential for creating high-quality marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Independent, initiative-driven, organised with a positive working attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel when needed.
  • Good IT Literacy in Microsoft Office suite.
