Hbm Component Validation Expert

As a HBM Component Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products. You will work closely with internal and external teams to coordinate preparation for silicon, work with manufacturing teams to ensure resources are available, identify HBM component validation equipment needs, and validate equipment and testing flow.
Additional responsibilities include debugging and identifying root causes for failures, implementing fixes for fails (design or process), working with design validation and quality assurance teams on customer returns to identify new tests, and partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
Key skills required for this position include excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to work well in a team environment, good communication, data analytics, and presentation skills, as well as a basic understanding of HBM and/or DRAM operations and computer networking.
