About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Inventory Logistics Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's logistics system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming materials to verify quantity and quality match purchase orders.
  • Label and store materials with clear identification tags.
  • Organize inventory according to FIFO principles and category-specific zoning.
  • Issue materials based on internal requisitions and update inventory records.
  • Monitor low stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the purchasing team.
  • Handle and safekeep special materials that meet environmental or safety standards.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Support documentation related to warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to prepare materials in advance.
  • Participate in regular stock counts and variance reporting.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • N/O Level education or equivalent; warehouse/logistics certification is highly desirable.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping roles, preferably in construction or renovation.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and basic CAD reading skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify material mismatches or quality issues.
  • Physical fitness to handle manual material movement.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Team player with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work overtime or weekends when required for project timelines.
