Job Description

This role combines the responsibilities of a warehouse coordinator and a transportation specialist, requiring the ability to manage and organize inventory or stock in a storage facility, while also performing driving and delivery tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials
  • Accurately record inventory levels and maintain organized inventory storage
  • Conduct regular stock checks to verify quantities and report discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of items to prevent damage or spoilage
  • Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and packaging
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to prioritize order shipments
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory
  • Drive company vehicles to transport goods and materials
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery notes and receipts
  • Comply with safety regulations and guidelines when handling inventory and driving
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Requirements:
  • Valid Forklift License
  • Class 3 Manual Driving License
  • Physically fit for manual handling of goods
