We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager/Manager, Operations to join our team at Perennial. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations teams and a deep understanding of M&E systems and estate management principles.
About the Role:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring that all services and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.
- Identify and address operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven track record in managing operations teams and M&E systems.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
