Service Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of audio visual systems and equipment.

You will also diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with AV systems, perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment, ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications, provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members, document service and installation activities accurately, and stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test audio visual systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with AV systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV equipment.
  • Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Document service and installation activities accurately.
  • Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Two years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in servicing and repairing TVs or Audio-Visual Systems is preferred.
  • Class 3 driving license required.
  • On-the-job training provided.
